Safety First

The physical and emotional safety of our community members is our highest priority. Every interaction should feel secure and respectful.

Consent is Everything

Clear, enthusiastic, ongoing consent is required at all times. No means no. Silence means no. Anything other than an enthusiastic "yes" means no.

Platonic Only

ProfessionalCuddling.com is strictly for platonic, non-sexual touch. Any romantic or sexual advances violate our guidelines and will result in immediate account termination.

Respect & Inclusivity

We welcome people of all genders, sexual orientations, races, religions, abilities, and backgrounds. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Honesty & Transparency

Be honest in your profile, your intentions, and your communications. Misrepresentation or deception undermines trust in our community.

Prohibited Behaviors

• Sexual conduct: Any sexual activity, propositioning, or explicit language during or related to cuddling sessions.
• Harassment: Unwanted contact, stalking, threats, intimidation, or abuse of any kind.
• Discrimination: Refusing services or mistreating someone based on race, gender, religion, disability, age, or sexual orientation.
• Underage users: All users must be 18 or older. Anyone under 18 will be reported to authorities.
• Fraud: Fake profiles, false information, scams, or financial exploitation.
• Drugs/alcohol: Being under the influence during cuddling sessions is strictly prohibited.
• Photography without consent: Recording or photographing someone without their explicit permission.

Profile Requirements

• Profile photos must be of you and appropriate for a platonic platform
• No nudity, sexual content, or suggestive poses in photos
• Bio must accurately represent you and your intentions
• No contact information (phone numbers, social media handles) in profiles
• No commercial solicitations or advertising

Before Meeting

• Verify identity: Use our verification features to confirm each other's identities
• Video chat first: Have a video call to ensure the person matches their profile
• Share plans: Tell a trusted friend where you're going and who you're meeting
• Set boundaries: Discuss expectations, boundaries, and comfort levels before meeting
• Public first: Always meet in a public place for the first time (coffee shop, park, etc.)

During the Session

• Stay sober: Never cuddle under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Check in: Regularly ask if the other person is comfortable
• Respect boundaries: Stop immediately if your partner asks you to
• Keep clothes on: All cuddling is done fully clothed
• Trust your instincts: If something feels wrong, leave immediately

After the Session

• Debrief: Check in with your cuddle partner about the experience
• Rate & review: Leave honest feedback to help the community
• Report issues: Report any concerns or violations immediately
• Self-care: Take time to process the experience and practice self-care

How to Report

If you experience or witness a violation of our Community Guidelines:

1. Use the "Report" button: Found on every profile, message, and review
2. Contact our support team: Email support@professionalcuddling.com
3. Emergency situations: Call 911 immediately if you're in immediate danger

What to Include in Your Report

• The username of the person you're reporting
• Screenshots or evidence of the violation
• Date and time of the incident
• A clear description of what happened
• Any other relevant information

After You Report

Our moderation team will:

• Review your report within 24 hours
• Investigate the incident thoroughly
• Take appropriate action based on our findings
• Notify you of the resolution (while maintaining privacy)
• Keep your identity confidential whenever possible

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:

• Warning: First-time minor violations receive a formal warning
• Content removal: Inappropriate content is removed immediately
• Temporary suspension: Accounts may be suspended for 7-30 days
• Permanent ban: Serious or repeated violations result in permanent account termination
• Legal action: We may report criminal behavior to law enforcement

Appeals Process

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may appeal by:

1. Emailing appeals@professionalcuddling.com
2. Providing your username and the action taken against you
3. Explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered
4. Submitting any evidence that supports your appeal

Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. All decisions are final.
