Session Rules & Boundaries

Professional Conduct

• No sexual activity is permitted. Professional cuddling is strictly non-sexual. If a Client engages in inappropriate behavior, the Cuddler has the right to end the session immediately.
• Both parties will remain fully clothed throughout the session. Undergarments alone do not constitute sufficient clothing.
• If clothing adjustment is needed, it will be done in complete privacy, away from the other party's view.
• No touching of areas covered by undergarments is permitted. The Cuddler may end the session immediately if this boundary is violated.
• No kissing or other intimate contact is allowed during sessions.

Hygiene & Preparation

• Maintain excellent personal hygiene: shower within 12 hours of your appointment, brush teeth, and wear freshly laundered clothing.
• Minimize or avoid strong perfumes, colognes, and scented products unless specifically requested by the other party.
• Communicate any allergies or sensitivities to scents beforehand.

Platform Usage

Booking & Communication

• All appointments must be confirmed through ProfessionalCuddling.com using our official booking system.
• Contact information exchange (phone, email, social media) is only permitted after a session has been officially booked through our platform.
• Keep scheduling and communication on our website unless absolutely necessary for coordination.
• Respond promptly to follow-up communications from our team regarding session feedback and confirmation.

Cuddler Relationships

• Cuddlers are independent professionals responsible for their own services and conduct.
• ProfessionalCuddling.com facilitates connections but does not endorse or verify individual Cuddlers.
• Clients are encouraged to exercise due diligence when selecting Cuddlers.

Financial Policies

Payment

• Payment for sessions is due before or at the very beginning of each session.
• Pay the full session price as agreed upon during booking.
• Cuddlers may require deposits; terms are arranged directly between Client and Cuddler.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 12 hours of appointment: 50% of session fee is required to compensate for lost booking opportunity.
• If a Cuddler cancels within 12 hours, they should offer compensation such as a discount on future sessions.
• For prepaid rental spaces: cancellations within 24 hours require full reimbursement of rental costs.

Safety & Health

Personal Safety

• ProfessionalCuddling.com provides a platform but cannot guarantee safety. Exercise personal judgment and due diligence.
• Cuddlers may carry non-lethal personal defense items in compliance with local laws.
• Meet in public places initially and trust your instincts about personal comfort and safety.

Health Considerations

• Do not attend sessions if you have any contagious illness or symptoms.
• COVID-19 specific guidelines: postpone if you've tested positive, have symptoms, or have been exposed in the past 7-14 days.
• Follow current local health guidelines and restrictions.
• Communicate any health concerns with your Cuddler before sessions.

Legal & Community Standards

Legal Compliance

• All participants must comply with federal, state, and local laws during sessions.
• ProfessionalCuddling.com is not liable for incidents occurring during sessions.
• Clients indemnify and hold harmless ProfessionalCuddling.com from claims arising from service use.
