Safety First

The physical and emotional safety of our community members is our highest priority. Every interaction should feel secure and respectful.

Consent is Everything

Clear, enthusiastic, ongoing consent is required at all times. No means no. Silence means no. Anything other than an enthusiastic "yes" means no.

Platonic Only

ProfessionalCuddling.com is strictly for platonic, non-sexual touch. Any romantic or sexual advances violate our guidelines and will result in immediate account termination.

Respect & Inclusivity

We welcome people of all genders, sexual orientations, races, religions, abilities, and backgrounds. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Honesty & Transparency

Be honest in your profile, your intentions, and your communications. Misrepresentation or deception undermines trust in our community.

Prohibited Behaviors

• Fraud or scams: Fake profiles, false information, financial exploitation
• Drugs/alcohol: Being under the influence during cuddling sessions
• Non-consensual recording: Photographing or recording without explicit permission
• Spam or solicitation: Commercial solicitations, affiliate links, or spam messages
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or using fake photos
• Harassment: Repeated unwanted messages or contact

Session Conduct

• All cuddling must be fully clothed
• No kissing on the lips
• No touching under clothing
• No sexual touching or suggestive behavior
• Respect all stated boundaries immediately
• Check in regularly with your cuddle partner
• End the session immediately if anyone feels uncomfortable

Profile Requirements

• Photos must be of you: No celebrity photos, stock images, or AI-generated faces
• Appropriate content only: No nudity, sexual content, or suggestive poses
• Accurate information: Your bio must truthfully represent you
• No contact info: No phone numbers, emails, or social media handles in profiles
• No commercial solicitation: No advertising or selling services outside our platform
• Age requirement: All users must be 18 or older

Photo Guidelines

• Clear, recent photos that show your face
• Fully clothed in all photos (no swimsuits, underwear, or lingerie)
• No photos with weapons or illegal substances
• No photos of children (even with consent)
• No copyrighted or watermarked images
• No group photos as your primary photo

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:

• Warning: First-time minor violations receive a formal warning
• Content removal: Inappropriate content is removed immediately
• Temporary suspension: Accounts may be suspended for 7-30 days
• Permanent ban: Serious or repeated violations result in permanent account termination
• Legal action: We may report criminal behavior to law enforcement

Factors Considered

• Severity of the violation
• Previous violations or warnings
• Intent and context
• Impact on other community members
• Willingness to correct behavior

Appeals Process

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may appeal by:

1. Emailing appeals@professionalcuddling.com
2. Providing your username and the action taken against you
3. Explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered
4. Submitting any evidence that supports your appeal

Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. All decisions are final.

How to Report

• Use the "Report" button: Found on every profile, message, and review
• Submit a report form: Go to Report a User
• Contact support: Email support@professionalcuddling.com
• Emergency situations: Call 911 immediately if you're in immediate danger

What Happens After You Report

• Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours
• We investigate thoroughly and take appropriate action
• Your identity remains confidential throughout the process
• You'll receive updates on the resolution (when possible)
• We maintain records of all reports for safety purposes
