• Share identifying information about professional cuddlers or members, including but not limited to: real names, photographs, location details, or personal characteristics
• Write reviews or testimonials about specific sessions or individuals outside of the official ProfessionalCuddling.com platform
• Record audio, video, or take photographs during sessions without explicit written consent from all parties involved

This confidentiality clause is designed to protect the safety, privacy, and professional reputations of our community members, particularly professional cuddlers who may be vulnerable to online harassment or doxxing.

Violation of this confidentiality agreement may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.

Covid-19 and other illnesses

Please do not meet any members in person while infected with a contagious illness. In addition, do not meet any members in person if any of the following applies to you:

• In the 7 days prior to your meet-up, you have a positive Antigen test for Covid-19, or newly develop any symptoms of COVID-19
• In the 14 days prior to your meet-up, someone within your household has a positive Antigen test for Covid-19
• You have been instructed by the government to self-isolate
• You return from a country which requires quarantine under government guidelines

Personal boundaries

You agree to never use this Website for the intent of meeting another member for sex. You also agree to never attempt to progress a meeting, organised via this website, to a sexual nature.

When communicating with another member, you agree to never indicate a desire to cuddle while doing any of the following: (1) being nude, (2) wearing only underwear, (3) kissing, (4) groping, (5) satisfying a fetish or kink, and (6) anything of a non-platonic nature.

Platonic services only
